Dawn’s teaching is focused on stress management through meditation, mindfulness and conscious communication skills. These skills create mindful teams and a peaceful work culture. She will teach you and your team to live in the present moment and interact with ease and enjoyment. Dawn trains professionals and their staff and team members as individuals or in group settings. She can travel to your location, or work with you over Skype or Zoom. Dawn will work with you to assess the needs of your professional practice and tailor a teaching curriculum that will create a mindful team that works together and takes home peace and fulfillment at the end of the work day.

Give yourself and your team a relaxing awareness-training session during the work day. Dawn will come to your office and provide a series of 30-minute meditation lessons for 1-3 people at a time. These sessions include a 5 to 10-minute lesson on a variety of stress relief and personal growth topics followed by a 15 to 20-minute meditation.


Dawn presents lectures on a large variety of stress management topics – meditation, mindfulness, awareness tools, communication skills, emotional awareness and intelligence, needs management and much more.  These lectures are customized for your organization.

The Peaceful Practice COVID 19 Response:

As a meditation teacher, I recognize that meditation has never been more important or valuable.  As a practicing dentist, I know that equally of concern are precautions to protect our health and safety. 
As the shelter at home order lifts, I will still be providing private or group lessons on Zoom or Skype for anyone who requests it. 
For in person lessons: 
  • When possible, we will practice outdoors!  Outdoor meditation is a wonderful experience. 
  • We will adhere to the gather limits set forth by the Governor. 
  • Social distancing will be exercised. 
  • Masks will be worn in indoor spaces. 
  • I will bring a medical grade H13 HEPA air purifier unit for use during all indoor lessons.
